Brooke Burke recently showcased her fit physique during a beach outing in Malibu. At 54 years old, the TV personality and model was spotted barefoot, strolling along the shoreline, dressed in a green bikini. Her accessories included a necklace, gold earrings, and a stack of bracelets. The bikini featured a crisscrossed pattern on the top and a matching design on the bottoms.

This isn’t Burke’s first beach photo moment. Last month, she was seen in Malibu in an orange and blue patterned bikini with cutouts. These sightings reflect her ongoing commitment to her health and wellness.

In May 2025, Burke shared her three-hour health and beauty regimen with Fox News Digital. She described her eccentric method involving a castor oil belly button detox, which gained attention on social media. Burke applies the oil on her stomach, wraps herself in a large bandage, and sleeps wearing it. She performs a lymphatic drainage massage in the morning, making use of the remaining oil.

Burke believes in the efficacy of this routine for reducing bloating and enhancing skin quality. She acknowledges that mental aspects, like self-care and intention, also play a role. As she says, “I like weird things.”

Recently, Burke shared photos from a family vacation in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The images reveal her enjoying time by the pool with her children and cuddling with her fiancé, Scott Rigsby. The couple got engaged in September 2021 after making their relationship public in August 2019.

During an interview with People in June 2024, Burke and Rigsby discussed their prolonged engagement. Burke mentioned, “I’m not rushing,” emphasizing the importance of the experience over the date itself. “We want to do it right,” Rigsby added, highlighting their consideration for family.
