While visiting the Hamptons, Decker received a compliment on her arms, prompting her to share her transformation story. She explained, “I didn’t have these arms in April!” Despite maintaining the same weight, Decker mentioned she has focused on building muscle and being more consistent, largely influenced by her JJD Fit app.

“This is the most consistent I have ever been,” Decker expressed, emphasizing her commitment to physical strength and well-being.

Pickleball has become a family favorite. Jess revealed, “We love pickleball. That’s probably the thing that we all do every day.” The family tends to look for pickleball courts when planning vacations, ensuring they keep up with their active lifestyle.

Highlighting her children’s involvement in family activities, Decker mentioned, “They are busy, busy, busy. They don’t sit around on iPads. They’re out there in the wildlife, barefoot and being free.”
