The festival mentioned on social media, “Due to the overnight rains and to remediate the moistness of the park grounds, we are anticipating gates opening at 2 PM.” The day’s schedule remains unchanged at this time.
On Saturday, the festival closed earlier than planned. Originally announced in the mid-afternoon, this change affected several performances, with Tool starting their headlining set at 6 p.m. before a 7 p.m. closure. The National Weather Service predicts rain to potentially persist in Chicago until at least 2 p.m., with continuing chances until 7 p.m.
